Fr. Agnel Ashram is owned and run by the 'Society of St. Francis Xavier', commonly known as the 'Society of Pilar' which has its headquarters in Goa, India. It has branches in 20 states in India and in 8 different countries in the world. The Society is mainly involved in educational, outreach and charitable works. Presently, we run over 300 educational and charitable institutions in India and abroad.

At our campus here at Fr. Agnel Ashram, Pune, we have three different entities. They are Fr. Agnel's Vidyankur School and Junior college, Fr. Agnel's Hostel (Balbhavan) and Fr. Agnel Wellness Centre.

Fr. Agnel's Vidyankur School and Junior college (commerce and science), caters to over 3,000 students. It is a leader in Pune and especially in our area in all aspects of the development of a child. Our students have drawn laurels in academics and extra-curricular activities. A special thing about our school is that each school day begins and ends with a 15-minute meditation for all students and staff.

Fr. Agnel Hostel (Balbhavan) takes care of children coming from families that are poor. The students have either both or one of their parents missing in their life. Besides getting free and quality education in our school, all their material needs are met. Each child is cared for and is provided a safe place for developing his intellectual, physical, emotional and spiritual abilities.

Fr. Agnel Wellness center addresses the wellness needs of our students, parents, staff and people living in our neighborhood. At this center, we promote meditation and conduct regular lecturers on wellness and have medical camps for the underprivileged.

We have a team of about 130 employees that work as a team and are dedicated to this our cause.
